InGrowIQ is a Revenue Operating System built exclusively for Indian insurance agents. The platform is owned and operated by Selvam Naveenkumar, an individual, operating under the brand name InGrowIQ.

• Business data: Lead details, customer records, policy information, and commission data that you enter into the platform.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app, collected anonymously for product improvement.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the InGrowIQ platform.
• To send renewal reminders, follow-up alerts, and product notifications.
• To process payments via Razorpay (we do not store card or bank details).
• To respond to support requests and improve the product.
• To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

All data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your customer and policy data is never sold to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Razorpay — payment processing (governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy).
• Zoho Mail — transactional email delivery.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, when required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@ingrowiq.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

InGrowIQ is intended for use by adults (18+) engaged in insurance business. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
