1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InGrowIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. InGrowIQ is owned and operated by Selvam Naveenkumar, an individual operating under the brand InGrowIQ.

2. Description of Service

InGrowIQ is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that helps insurance agents in India manage leads, customers, policy renewals, and commission tracking. Access is provided on a subscription basis over the internet.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

InGrowIQ offers the following subscription plans (pricing in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes):

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. Delivery of Service

InGrowIQ is a digital service delivered entirely online. Upon successful payment, access to the subscribed plan is activated immediately — no physical delivery is involved. You will receive a confirmation email at the address registered with your account.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of IRDAI regulations.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform.
• The data you enter (customer details, policy information) is your responsibility. InGrowIQ is not liable for incorrect data entry.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on InGrowIQ are the intellectual property of Selvam Naveenkumar / InGrowIQ. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

InGrowIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of business, data, commission, or revenue arising from use or inability to use the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds on cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
