Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on InGrowIQ, operated by Selvam Naveenkumar. InGrowIQ is a digital SaaS product — no physical goods are involved. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate the platform fully during the trial period before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access until then.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

✓ Eligible for refund

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge.
  • The platform experienced significant downtime (>24 hours) during your paid period due to our fault.
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part.

✕ Not eligible for refund

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge date.
  • Renewal charges for subsequent billing cycles (cancel before renewal to avoid the charge).
  • Partial-month usage — subscriptions are billed monthly and are not prorated.
  • Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Use.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@ingrowiq.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Razorpay payment ID (found in your email receipt)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

6. Delivery of Service

InGrowIQ is a digital service with instant activation upon successful payment. There is no physical shipment or delivery. Access is provided through our web application at app.ingrowiq.com.
